The 1/8th Share includes the following premium beef:
Steaks: New York, Ribeye, Top Sirloin, Flat Iron, Tenderloin, Flank Steak; 18-20 lbs
Roasts: Tri Tip, Brisket, and Chuck Roast; 11-12 lbs
Ground beef: 25 packs - 28 lbs
Weights are approximate due to the nature of each animal being unique. However, these will always be the minimum weights.
Recommended Storage: One standard, above-fridge freezer.
