What is your exact address?
15425 McKenzie Hwy, Sisters, Oregon 97759. We are located just over a mile from downtown Sisters, across from Sisters Middle School and Sisters Community Church along historic Highway 242.

Planning & Timeline
What time does the wedding weekend begin?
Friday access for rehearsal dinners begins at 2:00 PM. If you require earlier access, we recommend booking Thursday evening. Saturday setup timing is flexible.
Are there noise restrictions?
Yes. All amplified sound must conclude by 10:00 PM, no exceptions.
Do you require a wedding coordinator?
Yes. A professional wedding or event coordinator is required for all weddings. While Pole Creek Ranch provides an on-site representative, couples must hire a dedicated coordinator for their event. We are happy to share a list of trusted planners.
Can we tour the ranch before booking?
Absolutely. Private tours are available by appointment.
Can we revisit the ranch before our wedding with vendors or family?
Yes, we’re happy to schedule an additional walkthrough with advance notice.
Do you host weddings on holiday weekends?
Yes, based on availability.
Vendors & Catering
Do you have an in-house caterer?
No. Couples select their own licensed and insured caterer. We’re happy to provide a curated vendor list.
Are kitchen facilities available?
Yes. Licensed and insured caterers may use the counters, sink, and refrigerator. The stove and oven are not available for use.
What is your alcohol policy?
Pole Creek Ranch wine, and whiskey are the preferred beverages and may be purchased through our Event Sales Manager. All alcohol service must be provided by a licensed and insured bartending service. Guests may not bring their own alcohol onto the property.
What power is available for bands, food trucks, or rentals?
Bands may use on-site power for amplifiers. Food trucks and portable restroom vendors should bring their own generators or rent ours if needed.
Property Guidelines
What happens in case of inclement weather?
Pole Creek Ranch is primarily an outdoor venue. Most couples choose to rent a tent as a weather backup plan.
Are candles allowed?
LED candles are permitted. Open flames are not allowed.
Can we use confetti, petals, bubbles, or sparklers?
Generally, these items are prohibited. Certain exceptions may be approved in advance, and additional cleaning fees may apply.
Is the property handicap accessible?
Yes. Please let us know in advance if guests require additional assistance so we can plan accordingly.
Is parking available?
Yes, there is ample on-site parking. Hayrides from the parking area to the venue space are available for an additional fee.
Is WiFi and cell service available?
Yes. Starlink WiFi and reliable cell service are available on the property.
Animals & Ranch Experience
Can dogs be part of our wedding?
Yes. We welcome dogs for ceremonies. We recommend designating someone to care for them throughout the event. A $100 per-pet fee applies if pets will be inside the Lodge.
Can I bring my horse?
Yes. Advance coordination is required to determine appropriate boarding space. A $100 per-night boarding fee applies.
Are children welcome?
Yes. As this is a working ranch with tractors, irrigation ponds, and cattle, children must be supervised at all times.
Are there activities available on the ranch?
Yes. We’re happy to curate ranch experiences for you and your guests. Activity options and pricing vary based on customization.
Accommodations
What are the nearest hotels?
There are multiple hotels and short-term rentals within 5–10 minutes of the ranch. We’re happy to share our recommended list.
The Rancher’s House, our additional on-site vacation rental, is often reserved by family or friends but is not included in the wedding package.
Financial Details
What is the deposit and payment schedule?
A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to the wedding.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept check, cash, or credit card. A 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments.
Can we place a hold on a date?
Yes. We offer a complimentary, non-committal one-week hold.
