Finished with the glacial meltwaters of Pole Creek, this bourbon carries the crisp clarity of the North Sister in every sip.
Its name pays tribute to the original “Big Bull On Campus,” a legendary character at Pole Creek Ranch known as much for his stature as his swagger. Like its namesake, this bourbon is stout yet sweet, full of character, and proudly rooted in Central Oregon.

Tasting notes
Nose:
Bright and inviting, with notes of cinnamon stick, and orange peel. Fruit, saddle leather, and seasoned oak which is complimentary of older stock in the blend.
Palate:
White pepper, clove, and anise with notes of caramelized brown sugar and vanilla bean. The younger bourbon adds lift of green apple and spearmint, while the 9-year component delivers depth with flavors of dried fig, black tea, and warm oak.
Finish:
Long, warming, and spice-laced, the finish fades slowly with notes of toffee, cracked pepper, and oak
